This April, Premier Tech and Purplefarm Genetics, a privately held cannabis company based in Ontario, announced an exclusive partnership in Canada for research in the medicinal market. This is the formalization of an long-term educational partnership around technologies and methods for cannabis cultivation.

Both parties will support researchers in the development of natural active ingredients, soil microbiome, nutrient formulations, growing media and other novel products. Premier Tech will also provide optimization services for Purplefarm Genetics’ facility, ensuring that the company remains on the leading edge of cannabis cultivation and quality standards.
